Technical
This program was written with Microsoft Visual Basic Version 3.
It requires the Visual Basic run time module VBRUN300.DLL.
VBRUN300.DLL should be installed in the Windows\System directory or
in the same directory in which you install Civcity.

Installation
Create a new directory and unzip all the files contained in this package
into it. When you set up the windows shortcut, you may find it helpful
to set the working directory to your CIV II scenario directory.
That way you'll have to do less clicking to find your file.

Please go through the help section before tyring to use the program. It
explains how to use the interface and how to modify the fields the
program handles.

Acknowledgements:
The knowledge to create this program was gleaned from a bunch of people
who hang around the Apolyton CIV II forums: Andrew Livings who figured out
most of the city layout, Allard Hfelt who got me interested in hex-editing,
and Angelo Scotto who provided the clue to locate the city table, the unit
and city count fields.
